Introducing deliZioso

Coming later this year La Bottega Vail will parlay its success into an entirely new concept. We are proud to introduce deliZioso, an intimate food emporium you would likely find on the streets of Europe. With imported Iberico hams from Spain, olives from Greece, aged Parmesan from Italy and foie gras from France, deliZioso will offer a wide variety of foods, oils, canned seafood specialties and other flavors of the sunny Mediterranean.

deliZioso will also feature homemade pastas, lasagnas and raviolis made fresh daily with accompanying sauces so guests can take home a delicious, easy-to-prepare meal to enjoy after a day of skiing or hiking. deliZioso's rottiserie will be spinning off delectable roasts and chickens prepared daily.

Rounding out the offerings at deliZioso are organic and naturally roasted meats and sustainable seafood and desert treats like classic gelato and tiramisu.

deliZioso will be located next door to La Bottega, just east of the restaurant on Meadow Drive.
